The Woodshop Gallery is located in the sleepy little plantation village of Honomu. We have been in this same location for a little over 20 years, in that time we have seen the village change from a sleepy little run down village of yesteryear into the busy small town of today.

In 2012 a young,
Energetic developer purchased the Main street block of rundown dilapidated homes and small businesses. His intention was to upgrade and restore the village back to the 1940’s era when Sugar was King of the islands. I am happy to report that so far he has done a fantastic job, the old style wooden boardwalk alone is a work of art.
Many of the store fronts have been restored and in some parts totally renewed to resemble the old plantation look of a 1940’s Sugar town.
Stop and stroll around the main street, walk the old boardwalk and visit the many Art Galleries and small stores; don’t forget to call into the Woodshop Gallery; Say “Aloha” to Sandy or Jeanette. checkout our adjoining restaurant where you can have a pleasant made to order lunch; or just a Latte to quench your thirst while browsing around the Woodshop Gallery.

I forgot to mention the little clothing boutique next door "Same Same but Different" the only store in town selling handmade “Aloha shirts” hand stitched by a seamstress living and sewing shirts just 2 miles away.
